Green Hemp Smoothie
Yields 1 large smoothie. Prep 4 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup hemp milk (or any milk)
- 2 large handfuls baby spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 3 tablespoons hemp hearts
- 1 tablespoon almond butter
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 small piece fresh ginger (1 cm)
- 1/2 cup ice
Method
- Add liquids first, then spinach, then fruit and hemp, then ice.
- Blend on high 60 seconds until smooth.
- Pour into a tall glass. Sprinkle with hemp hearts.
