Hemp Yogurt Parfait

A layered yogurt, granola, and fruit parfait that builds in seconds and looks like a hotel breakfast. Hemp hearts and homemade granola turn it into a real meal.

Hemp Yogurt Parfait

Yields 1 glass. Prep 3 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/3 cup hemp granola (see Hemp Hearts Granola recipe)
  • 2 tablespoons hemp hearts
  • 1/2 cup mixed berries or sliced stone fruit
  • 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon nut butter, warmed and drizzled

Method

  1. Layer half the yogurt in a tall glass.
  2. Add half the granola, half the berries, 1 tablespoon hemp hearts.
  3. Repeat with remaining yogurt, granola, berries, and hemp hearts.
  4. Drizzle honey on top. Add warm nut butter if using.

Make-ahead

Build in mason jars the night before for grab-and-go breakfasts. The granola softens overnight, which some prefer; if you want it crunchy, keep the granola layer separate and add in the morning.
